I love Tracy’s new Happy Harvest set. It is so easy to use and so versatile. For today’s card I made a one layer card using the new A2 Frame Quickutz embossing folder. I love that this folder has that center oval clear for stamping. Those Quickutz folks are so smart! I used the individual grape bunch (that and the greeting are stamped in Palette Violette) to dangle it off the various swirls that are embossed and then colored them with Prismacolor pencils. I dabbed some Stardust Stickles over them so I didn’t need to blend them. The pumpkin is stamped in Palette Cognac and colored. That’s it!
Aren’t one layer cards wonderful? I didn’t know I had the ability to make a card not using my Nesties! Haha!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy your weekend!

How very beautiful, Kate...I can't wait for this set to arrive. Love the embossing! WONDERFUL!
Kate this is fab! I completely overlooked that embossing folder but love how this looks. Going to have to reconsider it now!
Very Pretty kate!
I think I'll have to check out those embossing folders as well! I know what you mean about "needing" the nesties to do a card! This is an elegant alternative!
Thank you for sharing.
Have a great weekend!
