Here's a pretty card I spotted over on Tracy's blog this weekend - aren't the blues fabulous? She paired some My Mind's Eye Winter Wonderland paper with a sentiment from the Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler set. The pleated ruffle from Maya Road finished the card off perfectly!
