To begin, I took the open dot pattern, and stamped it three times down the front of my white card base. I then colored in the dots with my markers (which really didn't take that long).
I took a piece of black cardstock, rubbed it well with an embossing buddy, and
white heat embossed my graphic sentiment onto it. I trimmed it, and adhered it to the card using foam adhesive.
