Happy Birthday: CAS Flower

Hello!  Today’s is DT member Loretta’s birthday and I made (it’s in the mail Loretta, but you’ll get it late – sorry!) this card using the flower/vase from the My Cute Stamps Paris set.  I used a piece of paper from Dutch Mustard Soup collection for the layer and colored the flower with Copics.  I added some Crackle Accents to the vase and finished it off with a little knotted piece of pink velvet ribbon.  I popped the center panel up with some dimensional dots.
